  • Electro-Pneumatically system to reverse sheeting direction.
  • Adjustable sheeting rollers for easy setting of dough thickness. Precise machined and engineered roller system for high precision dough sheeting.
  • Two integrated stainless steel flour dusters to ensure equal flour distribution from both top and bottom of dough pieces with minimum flour quantity required.
  • Flour collecting drawers for extra accumulated flour to keep machine environment clean in all times.
  • S/S scrapers, non-adherent, for maximum precision and easy dough transfer.
  • First sheeting stage is driven by a speed reducer motor.
  • Second sheeting stage driven by the final proofing line via AC VFD for precise synchronization.
  • Food grade quality felt belts to allow minimum accumulated flour quantity on dough.
  • All rotating and mechanical mechanisms are covered with fixed guards preventing any contact and injuries.
  • Safety limit switches on all protective guards for automatic shut down when guards are removed.
  • Easy to reach safety E-Stops push buttons.
