Overview

  • Option 1: 11 proofing belts; 33 feet long x 32 inches wide.
  • Option 2: 15 proofing belts; 23 feet long x 32 inches wide.
  • Self-centering conveying by guides to ensure smooth and precise tracking and running of belts.
  • Food grade quality belts and non-adhering, preventing stick free dough transfer.
  • Adjustable proofing time by AC VFD.
  • All sides are covered with polycarbonate food grade clear sheets to isolate the food area from outside atmosphere and to protect the hand from reaching all moving mechanisms.
  • All rotating and mechanical mechanisms are covered with fixed guards preventing any contact and injuries.
  • Easy to reach safety E-Stops push buttons.
